I am an accomplished senior level manager in the disciplines of Loss Prevention/Asset Protection, Physical Security, Workplace Safety, Operations and Human Resources. I have an extensive record of professional accomplishments and performance results within the retail, telecommunications, and hospitality industries and have worked within various other industries as a consultant. My Loss Prevention experience includes 17 years as a regional LP Manager specializing in uncovering business related criminal activity via forensic auditing and statistical analysis as well as the identification of large scale theft/systemic losses with emphasis on supply chain and distribution operations. I’ve earned numerous awards for my shortage reduction and inventory management efforts by achieving historical company-best inventory shortage results. From an investigative perspective, I have successfully resolved numerous high value fraud and inventory loss investigations ranging from a multi-million dollar interstate supply chain theft operation to numerous national ORC fraud investigations, collectively totaling over $25million. I’ve successfully prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases, including multiple federal cases involving the FBI, Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security and USPS Office of Inspector General.I have also served as a freelance business consultant, working with small businesses to improve their operational efficiency and sales performance and provided various aspects of employee training. Prior to the Covid Pandemic, I served as Director of Human Resources for a Philadelphia-based parent company of a chemical manufacturing plant and six subsidiaries providing various services to the hospitality industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.I am a published writer with experience producing industry specific blogs, digital format articles/columns and, as a consultant, wrote social media marketing content along with employee handbooks for various businesses.For 10 years I was affiliated with an international non-profit humanitarian aid organization where I performed public speaking engagements, managed fundraising activities, solicited corporate donations and recruited new organization members/sponsors.

   As the Manager of Investigations, I am responsible for leading and executing internal and external investigations related to theft, fraud, shrink, and policy violations across Victra’s 1,500+ store network, providing investigative guidance, resources, and training to field (AP) leaders and store teams. Collaborate with compliance and audit functions to turn investigative findings into process improvements. Provide direction and training to VIC (Victra Investigations Center) personnel. Leverage technology, from EBR to AI, as a means of identifying and preventing theft, fraud and systemic losses.I serve as liaison to various law enforcement agencies including the FBI, Secret Service, Homeland Security and Department of State for large scale fraud investigations involving the theft and export of wireless devices to foreign countries.
