AS A PROFESSIONAL:I bring a diverse background from non-profit organizations, education, and retail sectors, where I contributed to employee engagement, project management, and conflict resolution. I’m a dedicated team player who thrives on getting things done with a focus on efficiency and results.In my current role, I work with the RESEA (Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment) program and support individuals as they transition back into the workforce. I conduct eligibility assessments, provide tailored employment services, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. I also facilitate workshops to equip job seekers with essential tools for success. My work empowers job seekers by connecting them to critical resources and guiding them toward sustainable jobs and careers. BEYOND THE 8-4:When I’m not working, you can find me immersing myself in the latest technology trends, with a special interest in cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and digital literacy advocacy.
