Data Scientist and Deep Learning Engineer within the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Community, implementing and designing solutions for industrial and public clients. Focus on Computer Vision and NLP applications from research activities (development and implementation of state-of-the-art deep learning solutions) to production (Training, Deployment, MLOPs). My expertise extends to optimizing these solutions on GPU-Clusters, on-prem hardware, and Kubernetes environments, ensuring seamless integration and scalability- Deep learning applied to Computer Vision including in industrial and public sections, including segmentation, object detection, image retrieval, generative AI, deepfake detection and object tracking- Hands-on experience with designing algorithms, models and workflows for text-to-image and image-to-text applications- Hands-on experience with training and fine-tuning models on custom datasets, overseeing data acquisition, quality assurance and implementing best practices for model training- Deep learning applied to Natural Language Processing (NLP) including language modeling, named entity extraction, classification, topic modeling, information extraction and information retrieval using transformers- Extensive experience in agile projects and code management, model and experiment tracking (MLOps), ensuring efficient collaboration and streamlined workflows across diverse teams and projects- Design of software architectures and APIs, ensuring smooth deployment and integrations of production-ready models in containers and Kubernetes environments (service-oriented architectures)- Further, I\'m evaluating and comparing data science tools and products, facilitating informed decision-making on which solutions best align with customers\' needs and designed a systematic approach how data science products can be compared.
