The pace of technological change, demanding business environments and more stringent labor and benefit laws are leading to a rising need for IT contractors and a growing recognition that highly skilled, independent contractors are an integral asset to a company’s overall Human Capital.However, we also believe the process by which Companies engage contract resources is broken. The market is flooded with mediocre talent and companies waste endless hours screening resumes. Layers of middlemen tack on margin while adding zero value, quality of resources is never guaranteed and local contractors are rarely leveraged to minimize costs.Our mission is to revolutionize the IT staffing market by changing the way companies manage and source top talent independent contractors as part of their extended workforce. To accomplish this, we have developed Flex-IT, a new mobile Contractor Relationship Management (CTRM) application. Similar to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Flex-IT is the first CTRM app created to help clients manage their independent workforce and provide direct access to a pool of proven, high caliber, local contractors.
