I am an experienced Hospital and Healthcare Leader and Program Administrator at NYC Health + Hospitals, the largest public health care system in the nation, serving over 1.1 million New Yorkers. I have more than 20 years of experience in public health, health care administration, compliance and regulatory, and managed care.My core competencies include process improvement, policy development, program development and oversight, regulatory compliance, data/analytic skills, and leadership development. I have led Metropolitan\'s Office of Regulatory Affairs, implemented programs as part of NYS\' Medicaid Redesign program, and introduced innovative Patient Experience programs and activities I am currently the Director of Mental Health Services at Metropolitan, overseeing one of New York City\'s largest behavioral health providers. I continue to lead the Office of Student Affairs and am committed to academic teaching and development of future healthcare providers, administrators, and leaders.I am committed to advancing public health programs for New Yorkers (including reducing disparities) and improving health care systems through innovation, collaboration, and evidence-based practices.
