ABOUT M. LEE GREENE

I know from personal experience that groundbreaking ideas need an entire village to become true innovations.Since 2006, I\'ve been hands-on driving transformation in agriculture and food systems – as managing director of a biodynamic winery in Tuscany, founder of a Farm-to-Table brand in the US focused on regional supply chains and biodiversity, and developer of an AI-based nutrition assistant. The problem I solve:DeepTech innovations fail not because of technology, but due to late exposure to the market they wish to impact. While scientists research for years, potential customers wait for solutions they know nothing about. My approach:I developed the \"Market-Science Dialogue\" methodology and Progressive Stakeholder Integration Model (PSIM) to bring research teams and DeepTech startups into systematic dialogue with the market from day one. Instead of showing up later with a \"Jack-in-the-Box\" surprise, we develop innovations that the market already eagerly awaits. Why this works: Unique Market-Science Bridge: Deep understanding of both entrepreneurial and research worlds Circular Economy Expertise: Specialization in complex value chain innovation Systematic Framework: PSIM as proven, repeatable model Network-driven: Access to change agents and market players across industriesI work with DeepTech start-ups, research teams and institutions, economic development agencies, and corporations ready to break through innovation silos and embrace ecosystem thinking. Let\'s connect if you want to combine scientific excellence with market success.
