Care for patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, traumatic brain injury, intracranial hemorrhage, seizures, and post-operative neurosurgical conditions requiring advanced neurologic monitoring.Perform comprehensive neurologic assessments and manage complex therapies including external ventricular drains (EVDs), intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring, ventilator support, and titration of critical care infusions. Monitor and interpret hemodynamic and neurologic data, recognize subtle changes in patient status, and initiate timely interventions. Collaborate closely with intensivists, neurosurgeons, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes while supporting patients and families during high-stress, life-altering events.
