Vista is proudly an equal opportunity employer.• Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions, by providing confidential coaching and support to managers.• Support HR operations in both multi-union and non-union environments, ensuring compliance with collective agreements and labor legislation.• Lead full-cycle recruitment: drafting requisitions, securing approvals, posting roles, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and completing reference checks.• Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.• Administer group benefits and disability management programs; act as primary contact for employees and third-party providers.• Supported the acquisition process by successfully integrating employees to Vista, ensuring smooth onboarding, alignment with company policies, and seamless cultural transition.• Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll processing in Dayforce.• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and employment law, including the Canada Labour Code.• Collaborate with the HR Director to develop and implement compliant HR policies and programs.• Contribute to health and safety policy development and compliance tracking.• Manage Employment Equity reporting and annual performance/compensation review cycles.• Generate HR reports to support strategic planning and leadership decisions.• Perform general HR administration, including maintaining personnel files.• Led the implementation of a new HRIS, successfully transitioning from ADP to Dayforce, including testing, training, and launch.
