ABOUT MOHAMED LAMINE RAGGAS

With over six years of work experience in electrical engineering and project management, I am currently an ingénieur d’études at la Commission de la Régulation de l\'Électricité et du Gaz (CREG), the Algerian energy regulator. In this role, I contribute to the design and implementation of the regulatory framework for the electricity and gas markets, ensuring the security of supply, the quality of service, and the protection of consumers and the environment. I apply my skills in electrical wiring, project engineering, and electrical engineering to conduct technical studies, monitor network operators, and support the development of renewable energy sources. I have also gained valuable experience in the construction sector, where I worked as a Electrical site engineer at SSH international engineering consultants, overseeing the electrical installation and coordination of various projects in Algeria and Morocco. I hold a Diplôma in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Science & Technologies Houari Boumedienne USTHB, and I have obtained the habilitation electrique certification. I am fluent in Arabic, French, and English, and I am passionate about innovation, sustainability, and collaboration in the energy sector.
