About Megan Gallagher
I earned my PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) at Widener University with the intention of conducting long-term psychotherapy and psychological assessment with adults to help them live their most fulfilling lives. I take an integrated approach to psychotherapy, incorporating modalities such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, compassion-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies to ease the struggles that come with mental health difficulties and everyday life. In the assessment realm, I particularly enjoy using the Rorschach Inkblot test as well as other projective measures of personality to gain a holistic and comprehensive understanding of an individual\'s inner world. In the future, I also plan to explore the option of teaching psychology to undergraduate or graduate students.
