Reporting to the Global Head of Claims, Michael works to support, and in some cases leads, key elements of WTW\'s claims strategy across all lines of business on a global basis. Michael is responsible for coordinating claims engagement and escalation globally, ensuring that the right resources are engaged for our clients at the right time. Michael also leads Willis’ claims resolution function, providing expertise in certain claim situations to optimise the outcome for clients, working in partnership with our claims leaders across all geographies, specialties and segments and with other key stakeholders as needed.
