Designed the platform frame work that is meta data driven and configurable with built in validations, develop the reporting system that will deliver the key reports and dashboard to Executives.• Built the team of 25 members who are highly talented and build the Visa Data platform for partner and merchant analytics. • Lead and inspire a team to provide world-class enterprise data warehouse, ETL, business intelligence and analytics solutions for a growing, fast-paced enterprise. In this process filed for 2 patents that are in granted status. This improved the new report add time by 10%.• Create self-contained Agile Product teams to support the fast pace of demand from the business for quality data solutions.
