Leading NFWF’s programs on coastal resilience, to advance the adoption of nature-based solutions across the coastal United States to buffer communities from coastal hazards and benefit habitat and wildlife. I manage the National Coastal Resilience Fund (NCRF) and Emergency Coastal Resilience Fund (ECRF), focusing on restoring coastal ecosystems and fostering community engagement in coastal resilience planning. Responsible for the development of a NFWF coastal resilience strategy. I ensure that program investments and strategies advance and align with Foundation conservation priorities and opportunities. I manage a team of NCRF program managers, promote NbS capacity development, as well as funding sources.
