Even the smallest person can change the course of the future.” – Galadriel, The Fellowship of the Ring I see myself as the Hobbit, setting out with curiosity and enthusiasm—not to develop technologies, but to learn from the best mentors. In every part of my journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredibly talented engineers, people who can explain the world with a depth that leaves you in awe. All it takes is to listen—with wide Hobbit eyes and the belief that everyone has something to teach you. Someone once told me, “You’re not a real scientist, but you’re perfect for what you do.” And maybe they’re right. I’m not a theorist—I’m an Erzingenieur, born to bridge disciplines no one else connects, and to pursue visions that may seem crazy until they’re proven or disproven. On my journey, I’ve developed three key skills that define me- Formulating visions: Crafting ideas no one has thought of—and believing in them until reality confirms or challenges them- Building teams: Bringing together people who are smarter than me and aligning them on a shared mission- Sharing knowledge: Asking the right questions and sharing insights so everyone can grow together. My mission? To defeat the great evils—be it inefficiency, stagnation, or the fear of change. The Hobbit sets out to learn, to grow, and to return as an Erzingenieur. Not alone, but with a fellowship of companions united in a goal bigger than any one person. In the end, it’s not just about finding solutions—it’s about growing along the way, surpassing your limits, and making the world a little better. As every good Hobbit knows: The journey is just as important as the destination.Just do IT!
