About Michelle Schuman

Hello! I am a design director in the entertainment industry specializing in Production (anything from Pre-Pro through Post) and Corporate Brand Strategy. I take a hands-on approach by leveraging the power of design to elevate storytelling on micro and macro scales. My love of composition (inspired by music, cinema, history, psychology, typography and fine art) fuels me as I collaborate with directors, producers and senior leadership teams on treatment layouts, creative research, film posters, title design and corporate branding. I am proud to support top creatives in the industry across all genres and formats on award-winning content. With 10 years of experience in entertainment design, I’m tapped into a network of international creatives that I call on regularly for new projects. I love fostering young talent as a people manager and I’m a wiz at project managing across multiple departments. But no matter my scope, I actively design on the day-to-day because I love it and I can’t stop. In my free time: catch me at metal concerts, watching cult films, nerding out over TTRPGs, and exploring nature.
