   Architecting GenAI solutions on AWS Bedrock, where I design secure RAG pipelines that connect our massive Databricks data foundations to enterprise-grade foundation models.Responsibilties 1.Building the data backbone for AI initiatives using Databricks and Delta Lake, focusing on high-performance retrieval and unified governance so our AI models have reliable, high-quality context.2.Optimizing search and retrieval by integrating vector databases and semantic search, which has significantly cut down latency for our conversational tools and autonomous agents.3.Managing AI data quality within our Medallion architecture to ensure LLMs get clean, relevant data, which is critical for reducing hallucinations and improving model accuracy.4.Setting up AI guardrails and security using Bedrock’s native governance tools to make sure our multi-cloud AI deployments stay compliant and handle sensitive data securely.5.Driving AI adoption across the org by leading our GitHub Copilot rollout and training programs, helping our engineering teams modernize how they write and ship code.6.Embedding AI into our daily dev cycle to automate the repetitive parts of PySpark and cloud infrastructure work, which has noticeably sped up our delivery times and cut down on bugs.7.Shaping our AI strategy and market presence through the Wipro India AI Summit, where I co-authored our consulting white paper and worked with leadership on our technical showcase and booth design.
