Accomplishments:• Re-platform of a highly customized ServiceNow instance to an Out of the box to enable the rapid acceleration of upgrades from 4 months to 4 weeks.• Implementing Automated testing and technical governance framework to accelerate growth and stability on the platform.• Working on the Agile principles and continuous delivery of value to the business by establishing a Governance process for ITIL and Best practices across the platform.
