Support federal constituent services by assisting with casework related to immigration, veterans’ affairs, Social Security, and other federal agencies- Conduct legislative research and help prepare materials for the Congressman and senior staff- Attend hearings and briefings, producing policy summaries and memos on key legislative issues- Assist in daily office operations and ensure effective communication between constituents and the congressional office.
