I champion OCC exams and play a key role in closing critical audit issues, MRAs, and a consent order, ensuring compliance and mitigating operational risks. Managing a multi-million-dollar annual technology portfolio, I drive strategic alignment, efficient resource allocation, and ROI optimization. I provide strategic vision during quarterly Product Increment (PI) planning, prioritizing and approving the technology book of work to meet enterprise goals. Additionally, I develop compelling business cases for technology initiatives and secure funding to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.Key achievements included: Led technology integration to merge 2,500 process controls into Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) platform, retiring assets and establishing OCC-compliant \"Test it Once\" guidelines. Architected and launched horizontal \"Enterprise Testing Utility\" within Risk and Compliance, leading a cross-functional team of 12+ roles to streamline enterprise testing processes. Defined and implemented technology solutions for critical risk controls, saving bank from OCC and Audit MRAs and ensuring compliance. Redesigned independent in-line preventive control testing for Bank of America’s second line of defense, strengthening compliance and mitigating risk across 2,500+ process controls.
