   Successfully led a project to expand the types of cases that are eligible for electronic payment. • Led the Minnesota Pretrial Assessment (MNPAT) tool validation project working closely with a committee comprised of judicial officers and justice partners through the process of validating the effectiveness of the tool and creating a recommendation for improvement. • Performed a project management consultation to implement the Branch’s digital accessibility policy. • Successfully stepped into a project that was being under served by its former project manager, forged a strong relationship with stakeholders, and successfully got the project back on-track. • Served as a mentor for a new project manager.
