Bootstrapped new AI project named Viva Skills, AI/LLM based skills and knowledge management for enterprises. The product called Skills in Viva provides plug-and-play solutions in the enterprise skills/knowledge market- Played a multi-disciplinary role, starting as Sr Engineer and eventually transitioning to Engineering Management. Role includes working with partner teams (data collection and analysis), working with Product Managers, Customers and managing end-to-end product delivery. Grew the product from being 3 engineers to currently a team of over 50 dedicated resources- Built a solid AI foundation for the product, even before the AI wave caught on - the product used infer skills and knowledge from M365 graph data, auto-infers skill relationships and hierarchies, and auto-tags any content item with >80% precision, leveraging stack of offline embeddings from LinkedIn and LLM. This has taken away significant adoption and deployment and friction, the largest customer problem in this space, leading to strong product market fit- Currently the EM lead for the data and AI platform and data insights solutions of the product, focused on bringing the product to General Availability in the next few months.
