About Mateusz Kaczmarczyk

I am a part-time Research Assistant at Harvard University and a part-time Analyst at Behavioral Strategy Group. This pre-professional student club specializes in applying Behavioral Economics to organizational challenges. I am also pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Economics and a Concurrent Master\'s degree in Regional Studies - Eastern Europe and Central Asia at Harvard University Class of 2026. My core competencies include presentations, data analysis, communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in English, Polish, and Spanish. As a Research Assistant, I assist Professor Grzegorz Ekiert in updating and maintaining his course website, editing and proofreading publications and research materials, and aiding in research related to Polish studies. As an Analyst, I delve into the practical applications of Behavioral Economics, especially in the context of worker productivity and the introduction of generative AI in corporate settings. I also spearhead collaborative efforts within BSG, working closely with teams to provide services for our clients and engage actively in BSG\'s networking and conversation events. Previously, I was an AI Consulting Intern at BestWe Inc, where I developed and delivered comprehensive training materials for their AI-based team-building technology platform. I am passionate about social innovation and learning from diverse perspectives and experiences. By applying Behavioral Economics and AI, I can help organizations and individuals achieve their goals and potential. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or collab proposals :)
