I am a senior technology leader specialized in enterprise automation and digital transformation across the banking and insurance industries. I am driving strategy, architecture, and delivery for large‑scale modernization programs.My expertise spans the full lifecycle of transforming legacy, manual, and siloed processes into intelligent, automated, and scalable digital ecosystems. I lead cross‑functional teams to modernize underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, mortgage origination, financial processing, and other core BFSI workflows. I work extensively with platforms and technologies such as Appian BPM, intelligent automation, intelligent document processing (IDP), case management, workflow automation, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), AI agents, agentic automation, microservices, API gateways, event‑driven architecture (Kafka), and enterprise content management (FileNet / CP4BA).
