ABOUT KARTIKESH MISHRA

Hi! I’m Kartikesh Mishra, a recent Master of Engineering graduate from MIT, where I also earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science & Engineering and Mathematics.I’m passionate about building intelligent systems that combine machine learning, language, and vision to solve real-world problems. My recent work at MIT CSAIL, under Prof. Daniela Rus, focused on training drones to follow natural language commands using images and reinforcement learning—making robots smarter, faster, and more responsive to natural commands.Beyond research and academia, I also love developing software and tools as hobby. Some of my recent developments include a Python & TypeScript toolkit to teach Assembly programming more intuitively (https://mk314k.github.io/AssemblyTS ) and a generative model that creates 3D shapes from 2D images (https://github.com/mk314k/3DAttnVAE-GAN).
