Maintaining ISU level tracker for BGC requirement. Follows with all the Project SPOCs and Delivery Managers at our ISU to confirm BGC initiation. Post received confirmation from SPOC & DM, cases would be initiated in portal. Following with the SPOC and associates to upload the documents in portal on time. Guiding the associates if they have any queries. Clearing insufficiencies and feedback with corporate BGC Team post getting documents and clarification from the Associates. Maintaining MIS for a key project (Bank of America) which will be refreshed and shared with the project team daily. Informing the Project teams on closure of the cases. For Bank of America Project, must validate the detailed report to know if it is meeting client requirements as per MSA. Post thorough validation, cases will be cleared in their portal (ETSS) and then they go ahead and initiate the onboarding process. Maintaining a tracker for Audit purposes. Handling Client Audits and clears their queries with no non-compliance. Works on fulfillment report shared by RMG and adding the new cases in our BG Master Tracker. Created automation(macro)to make ease of few small repetitive tasks.
