ABOUT MICHAEL J. VARGAS

I started my first company when I was 8 years old. I went around selling Creeper Crawlers I had made in my special Creepy Crawler oven to the people who worked at my mom’s office. The business only lasted about 48 hours, but the experience started me on a path toward entrepreneurship and innovation for the next 25 years.Today, I work as a legal advisor and partner with private businesses and startups. I love working with these early stage companies. Whether I’m nerding out with a founder over their innovative new idea or working with an established serial entrepreneur to close a multi-million dollar funding round, its both satisfying and intellectually stimulating work that I enjoy. In the past 10 years, I’ve worked with companies in a wide range of industries, which has given me a broad perspective into the needs of my clients regardless of what kind of startup they are looking to build or what deal they need to close.
