Lead a Project Management Office – individually manage projects with atypically complex parameters and M&A integration and divestiture efforts. Prepare information and communicate options to the executive team; aid and facilitate decision making. Manage relationships with external development partners. Recruited four Senior PMs who manage cost, schedule, and performance. Mitigate risk; ensure week-to-week project deliverables are met- Lead effort to identify and select external product development partners based on capability and fit for Angiodynamics. Managed partner relationships and serve as primary contact- Developed TSA (transition service agreements) for divestiture of Angio’s Fluid Management business to Medline. Led cross-company, cross-functional teams through four workstreams SKUs). Fulfilled all commitments (valued at $4.3M) and completed project six months ahead of schedule- Following Angio acquisitions, led product integration (e.g, quality, regulatory, financial) for OARtrac®Radiation Dose Monitoring, BioSentry Tract Sealant, C3 Wave PICC Tip Location, and Camaro Support Catheter.
