Coaching complete value delivery lifecycle: Product Discovery and Ideation, Product and Portfolio Mgmt, Lean/Agile hypothesis-driven implementation, fast feedback loops with DevSecOps, and SRE-enabled continuous delivery. • Using Value Stream Mapping to assess problem areas, delays, and waste in enterprise initiatives. Worked with groups that were particularly struggling to adopt Lean and Agile principles. These included data-only teams and operational teams. • Working with Enterprise Architects, Product Managers, other leaders, and peers to define our Lean/Agile/DevSecOps aspirational “North Star” vision. • Working with our UX Center of Excellence to integrate the Sabre UX Design Strategy Framework and Portfolio Kanban into an end-to-end, concept-to-delivery value delivery process. • Created and delivered many classes on various topics, both in-person and virtually. Developed self-paced classes with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Descript, and other tools for international distribution and use within our company. • Helped the Data Science teams learn and embrace Agile Data Science techniques. • Successfully proposed and guided the organization to create a value stream comprised of teams across different functional organizational boundaries. • Helped a new R&D research team form. Two smaller teams merged from different departments. I helped them to bond as a new team and to self-organize around Lean and Agile principles, values, and processes. I also led them through a study of John Doerr\'s book on OKRs. Also facilitated large-scale OKR workshops. • Helped a new Center of Excellence define offerings and services, from lightweight value stream analysis to Scaled Agile adoption readiness assessments, training, embedded coaching and mentoring, and more. Fostered a pull model for the Centers of Excellence. • Wrote Python and Javascript reports and extensions for Rally. • Led a professional book study club to encourage continuous group learning.
