Mike Schindler, US Navy Veteran, shifted his role to serve as the CEO for Operation Military Family Cares.(SEE Operation Military Family role) OMF Community Outreach, dba Operation Military Family Cares (OMF Cares), incorporated as a Veteran-services 501 (c)(3) in 2012, is a veteran service and solutions provider committed to helping our military and veteran families improve their health, moral and finances while helping the companies that hire them improve their messaging, outreach and recruitment/retention.> Simply put, OMFC provides fee for service consulting serves to agencies and companies that desire to improve their veteran programs as well as provides grant and donor-funded programs designed to strengthen the health and income of our military and veteran families. We provide professional expertise and talent for veteran-related projects and initiatives. We provide programs: combat recovery groups and apprenticeships that add value to both the individual and community at large.

Mike Schindler is a U.S. Navy veteran, co-executive producer, executive trainer, and leadership development expert. He has over 20 years of experience in project management, coaching, and process improvement working in and with the military, startups, federal and state agencies, nonprofits, universities, and Fortune 500 companies. He helps individuals and organizations navigate and thrive in complex and uncertain environments, using the VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) framework.
