About Matthew Strong
I’m a New York–based Legal & Business Affairs executive with deep experience across late night comedy, scripted and unscripted television, and live events. As Senior Counsel at NBCUniversal, I’ve advised and counseled Emmy-winning and nominated programs including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Hacks, Late Night with Seth Meyers, and The Amber Ruffin Show—navigating the intersection of creative ambition, business needs, and legal risk.I’ve built my career where creativity meets chaos—helping the people who make late night, live events, and groundbreaking shows bring their ideas to life without losing their edge.Thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, I’m known for bridging creative and corporate worlds, specializing in high-stakes problem solving, complex dealmaking, and building trust across creative teams and executives to help innovative content reach audiences seamlessly.
