Hi, I\'m Megan, and I scale mission-driven startups by designing smart operations and strategy. After 20 years in project management I\'ve honed and refined a skillset that is laser focused on shaping an idea for success and designing the steps that a team takes to bring the idea to life. As a Fractional COO this means I\'m bringing top shelf execution skills to every team I join. I don\'t shy away from rolling up my sleeves and digging in to get things done. I primarily work with technical, visionary founders between Stealth and Series B funding stages at a time where operational momentum is critical to success but difficult to afford full-time. Throughout my experience in projects across industries and organizations, I noticed two problems that almost every organization struggles with:1.
