ABOUT MICHAEL JOHN FLYNN

Registered Nurse (RNID) – Elderly Care Services and Intellectual Disabilities & Autism I am an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Elderly Care Services, including Long Stay Hospitals, and in supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism within Residential Community Homes. My role involves providing exceptional care to clients, ensuring they reach their highest potential by delivering person-centered, compassionate, and skilled nursing interventions. Additionally, I managed pediatric complex care and palliative care cases, delivering specialized care for children requiring medical support at home.
