I have extensive experience representing local and national retail companies and restaurants on the tenant side. I continually represent owners, developers, landlords, automobile dealerships and general contractors with their commercial real estate related matters and issues.I also represent growth-oriented companies in a wide range of industries, including technology, SaaS, telecommunications, energy, medical device, construction, manufacturing and professional services sectors. I counsel my clients in connection with formation, early stage seed and VC financing, complex commercial transactions, licensing and strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
