As a TV CMR Specialist at LG, I am responsible for optimizing the picture and sound quality of our TVs. Collaborating with the German and European Marketing Teams, I develop strategies to enhance the visual and audio experiences for our customers. Working closely with Korean engineers, I bridge the communication gap between them and European journalists and testers. By facilitating effective technical and cross-cultural translations, I ensure accurate product understanding and promote collaboration. I coordinate and conduct extensive testing and evaluations in our state-of-the-art laboratory, developing comprehensive test plans and analyzing data for improvements. This guarantees that our TVs meet the highest standards, exceeding customer expectations. I collaborate with the German Legal Team to ensure compliance with the Media State Treaty (Medienstaatsvertrag). By aligning marketing activities with legal regulations, I mitigate risks and maintain adherence to standards. As the sole custodian of the Nuremberg test laboratory and warehouse, I manage inventory and optimize operations. This includes equipment maintenance and implementing efficient processes for seamless testing procedures. I actively engage with national and international press, providing accurate information about LG\'s TV products and organizing product demonstrations. I also support the LG Hotline and Service Teams with technical expertise, addressing customer inquiries promptly. In summary, as a TV CMR Specialist, I optimize picture and sound quality through effective communication, meticulous testing, and adherence to legal requirements. By managing the test laboratory and supporting press relations, I contribute to LG\'s commitment to delivering outstanding TV experiences.
