About Michelle Mijung Kim
I speak, write, and create spaces that help people to practice courage to create change in their lives and the world. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with leaders, teams, and communities around the world to deepen connection, expand accountability, and navigate the tensions between intention and impact. Today, my work focuses on courage—not as isolated acts of individual heroism, but as a collective practice we build capacity for everyday. Whether it\'s practicing courage to tell the truth, to grieve what no longer works, or to build a radically different world, I create spaces where hope and courage collide to create lasting transformation. As an award-winning author of The Wake Up, and host of the narrative podcast I Feel That Way Too (2x Signal Award Winner), I center voices, perspectives, and human experiences that challenge us to move beyond the superficial and toward honesty and alignment. What I do today- Keynotes, fireside chats, and panel talks on courage, leadership, and healing - Narrative strategy consulting for mission-driven organizations and campaigns - Collaborative workshops that support living in alignment with our values I’m interested in partnerships that honor truth-telling and values-alignment. Let’s create spaces where courage and compassion meet, where our collective healing and liberation becomes possible. Website:
