The common theme of my career has been turning challenges like that into measurable outcomes in highly regulated environments.In Army Special Operations, I focused on detecting patterns others missed, from decentralized extremists to coordinated nation-state operations in the Middle East and Asia Pacific. I led reconnaissance and intelligence elements operating in the most complex forward environments, rebuilt analytics pipelines to reduce five-day decision cycles to five hours, and delivered lasting outcomes for the US, allies, and partners. My work validated the principle that technology is maximally effective when it strengthens human judgment through trusted systems.At JPMorganChase, I delivered the foundational AI agent orchestration framework that seeded the bank’s central AI SDK. I leveraged this infrastructure to validate and ship products powering the LLM Suite, American Banker’s 2025 Innovation of the Year, and to scale AI and data solutions for Chase, supporting colleagues across $71.5B in global operations.Today at Microsoft, I embed with major U.S. insurers as a product‑minded field CTO. I orchestrate specialists across product, architecture, security, and Forward Deployed Engineering to catalyze resilient, scalable AI systems and outcomes.I’m a West Point graduate with a UC Berkeley MBA and a technical background in robotics and controls.
