Mike joined ROWE in 2018 with nearly 40 years of experience completing transportation engineering projects throughout the country. Projects have included intersection operations studies, corridor studies, citywide traffic studies, signal system studies, roadway design projects, development impact studies, environmental impact statements, parking studies and traffic safety projects for clients ranging from small communities and developers to state DOTs.
