About John Kuo
As a technologist, analytics and information design specialist, product management executive, and user experience professional (as well as being a chronic start-up employee) I bring both diverse and specialized knowledge and expertise to the table. I’ve been a product executive, a tech writer, a UX designer, an information architect, and engineering manager, and even a down-in-the trenches customer support technician. I’ve worked for very large companies, and very small ones, and helped small companies grow to large ones.I have ten years of experience in product management leadership, and twenty in user experience design. I have both deep and broad expertise in social and digital ad technology, in SaaS and Enterprise platforms, and in big data, statistics, and information design. Additionally, my scientific background helps me in understanding complex analytical needs. I\'m able to synthesize this with my UX skills and PM experience to determine the best products and features needed by users and assist in designing intuitive and easy-to-grasp interfaces for convoluted and intricate processes.
