As a first-generation Latina and Product Manager at Medtronic’s ENT division, I bring a unique blend of clinical experience, strategic thinking, and innovative leadership to the medical device industry. I am driven by a deep passion for transforming healthcare—making it more accessible, equitable, and impactful for patients worldwide.Leading the largest product portfolio in the division, I consistently deliver growth while challenging conventional approaches to achieve breakthrough results. My background in smaller organizations and my early career as a clinical specialist fuel my ability to balance creativity with precision, always keeping the needs of surgeons and patients at the forefront.Previously, I led the global launch of a navigation platform for spine surgery, guiding cross-functional teams to secure regulatory clearances across multiple markets and bring life-changing technology to patients worldwide. My foundation as a clinical specialist in laparoscopic and robotic surgery has equipped me with an empathetic understanding of the challenges faced by surgeons and OR teams—insights that shape my approach to marketing and strategy today.With a Master’s in Biotechnology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s in Science from Tufts University, I am deeply committed to combining science, innovation, and business acumen to drive transformative change.Beyond my professional achievements, I am a passionate advocate for healthcare access.
