As the Director of Fintech Strategy and Partnerships at UFCU, I am dedicated to driving innovation and enhancing member experiences through strategic partnerships and cutting-edge technology. My role involves assessing emerging trends, recommending innovative solutions, and collaborating across the organization to improve digital and product strategies. In addition, I lead the development and execution of UFCU’s Fintech strategy, sourcing strategic partners, and optimizing capital investments. With a focus on thought leadership and community engagement, I strive to position UFCU as a leader in the credit union industry through prudent investments, partnerships, and visible actions through our research lab to incubate new concepts and ideas. By leveraging a design-thinking approach and using qualitative research, I help UFCU better understand the behaviors and needs of our Members to ensure we are connecting in meaningful ways.I believe in working collaboratively while reimagining how to simplify everyday interactions by aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver on our desired business outcomes.
