As part of the UK People Team, I am responsible for attracting and retaining the best talent for the Equal Experts network. My focus is towards technology professionals, so predominantly Software Engineers (Java, Scala, Kotlin, Python, & Mobile), DevOps Engineers (AWS & Azure), Software Developers in Test (Java, Javascript & .Net) and Solution/Technical/Platform Architects. I also play a key role in the resource management and allocation of existing EE Associates; ensuring that all of our engagements are staffed in alignment with our customer’s expectations.
