Bold Insight is a user experience consulting practice based in the Chicago area. We observe and analyze users’ interactions with products to ensure not only that the product itself is useful, usable, and safe, but also that the end user experience is engaging and satisfying. Most of our work is with next-generation technology and ranges from medical devices to mobile apps, in-car systems to websites, back office systems to end-to-end customer journeys. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts within the healthcare sector, designing methodologies, defining project scope, planning research activities, and supervising programs of research as well as leading individual research projects. I also directly manage a team of three UX consultants, establishing performance plans, and carrying out managerial duties.
