   I lead a globally distributed team focused on ensuring customer success by maintaining business continuity and service availability for Azure Stack Hub and Azure Stack Edge appliances, particularly for regulated and government customers. My role spans product delivery, operations support, and secure supply chain management for Hardware-as-a-Service (HWaaS) solutions, including forward and reverse logistics for classified government deployments.I also drive the development of Azure Local disconnected operations, enabling organizations to run Azure services in air-gapped, low-connectivity, and fully disconnected environments while ensuring compute, storage, and management autonomy. Additionally, I oversee the Azure Migrate for Azure Local toolset, facilitating seamless workload transitions from VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Stack Hub, and Azure Stack Edge to Azure Local.Beyond migration and operations, I manage the Azure Local Premier Tier and the Azure Local Solutions Catalog, ensuring that OEM and partner solutions meet Microsoft’s highest standards for performance, reliability, and Azure integration. These initiatives support enterprise and mission-critical workloads across on-premises, edge, and disconnected environments.
