   As Director of Finance at Waymatic Incorporated I am responsible for overseeing all accounting & financial reporting to ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for regular audits of corporate financial statements, budgets and work in process. Provides leadership and guidance to accounting, information system managers and supervisors. Provides accounting advice, technical assistance and development of training programs to ensure compliance with all accounting standards, policies and requirements. Responsible for coordination of corporate payroll activities between HR and payroll departments. Responsible for audits of corporate Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k) retirement savings plan. As Director of Technology at Waymatic Incorporated I am responsible for providing direction and insight for all information technology operations, processes, policies and procedures. I have been very successful in developing and managing IT strategies that align with the company\'s vision, goals and objectives. Serving in this capacity in today\'s constantly changing technology driven environment has given me the opportunity to acquire extensive knowledge, skills and experience in information technology program management and evaluation which I strive to share with others to ensure the success of our organization. I have worked closely with other senior managers to develop company policies and procedures for use of all information technology resources. Those policies and guidelines cover everything related to ERP systems, knowledge management, network security, content management for corporate websites and training. I have established comprehensive training programs for use of all company IT resources. Solid training programs have provided major benefits to our company.
