   Security Cloud Soultion Architects - Engineering (CSA-E) are deep technical advisors supporting customers to deliver unique value by removing blockers to enablement within their given Solution Area. The CSA-E provides support delivery services as well as technical readiness. Customer Architecture and Engineer services can be delivered either remotely or on-premises, and this role can include a mixture of short and long-term customer engagements. As a CSA-E, I am a key technical resource for the customer to help drive digital transformation through all Azure and Microsoft security technologies. I work with our customers to help build, deploy, operate, support, and optimize their cloud and/or on-premises environment. I drive customer success by providing expertise and guidance to customers for: • Azure Security Infrastructure, Databases, Networking, Virtual Machines • Azure Secrets and Keys • Azure Identity • Troubleshooting of data logging and audit, security monitoring • Azure Governance and Compliance • Microsoft Defender for Identity, Endpoint, Servers, Containers • Azure Sentinel • Microsoft Client/Server Operating Systems Security, including related services (eg Certificate Authority, authentication/authorization mechanisms, encryption, health attestation) • Microsoft Security recommendation experience (e.g. Securing Privileged Access, Credential Theft Mitigations) • Azure Security Services (e.g. Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Azure Information Protection, Azure Security Center, Azure Log Analytics) • Security Threat Landscape experience including advanced attack vectors and tools (e.g. Pass the Hash, Golden Ticket, ransomware)
