Team UnLimbited’s designs are open source and to date have been used in over 50 countries for more than children and adults. ABOUT MATTHEW JENKINS
I have a passion for helping people and organisations achieve performance improvement. Throughout the 20+ years of my career to date, the thing that connects my past with my present is pragmatic development of people and organisations, leaving organisations and people alike, in a better place than when I started with them. Today this culminates in me consulting strategically with organisations the world over. I help leaders and their senior teams achieve clarity on direction, work more cohesively together and find ways to continually improve both personally as leader\'s of people and organisationally in the way that they operate. I am fortunate to have consulted with some of the biggest brands in the world and am highly experienced in private sector, public sector and third sector industries. My work has repeatedly allowed me to operate across Europe, North America and the AsiaPacific region too. Outside of work my passions for helping people continue. I am a trustee of a charity that designs and manufactures 3D printed limb devices for children and adults who are missing limbs. It\'s an innovative organisation that has helped people the world over and been recognised by both Her Majesty the Queen and the UK government. I am also an author and illustrator of twelve children\'s books having created \"Chops\", the world\'s first limb different children\'s book character. Chops is a character (and brand) that children with missing upper limbs can identify with and who represents them in children\'s book form. Chops has an international following and through \"International Chops Day\"(9th March every year) has given children who have a limb difference a platform to celebrate their uniqueness. Clients include: Vodafone, VMWare, Nationwide, HSBC, Danone, Nutricia, Mitie, Inmarsat, Smith & Nephew, UK Sport, MCC, the IoD, the CBI, the Royal Institute of Science, the US Airforce, the NHS and numerous police forces / local councils / charities including the Princes Trust.
