ABOUT MIKE JEANS

Mike Jeans is an experienced CEO and board director. He has held general management, marketing and sales roles in professional services, consumer packaged goods, consumer electronics and photographic industries. He has boardroom experience in insurance, startup technology, and non-profit sectors. He is currently a Director of AMICA Mutual Insurance Company and chairs the Nominating/Governance, Committee. He also serves on the Compensation, and Investment Committees and is past Chair of both the Compensation and Audit Committees. He is a former Director of Roxy.com, Inc. He is a Board Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Nashua (NH) and Chairs its Foundation Board. He is a former Director and Chair of the Board of Maine Media Workshops + College in Rockport, ME. He earlier served as President of the Board of Habitat for Humanity (North Central MA). He is an Advisory Board member and past Board Director of the Spirit of Adventure Council of the Boy Scouts. He is also past Director of the Northeast Region of the Boy Scouts of America where he chaired the Nominating Committee. He earlier served as President of the Board of the Boston Minuteman Council of the Boy Scouts. He was previously President and then Chairman Emeritus of New Directions, Inc. in Boston. He founded and led New Directions’ Board Directorship Program that helped senior executives join corporate boards. Mike served as President and CEO of Roxy.com, Inc, a start-up on-line retailer of consumer electronics that he prepared for IPO. He was CEO of Nashua Photo, Inc, a marketer of branded consumer photographic services. He also served as President of Wesson/Peter Pan Foods (a Conagra company). He was also SVP of Marketing & Sales at HP Hood, VP of Marketing at Hunt Wesson Foods, and VP of Marketing and Sales for Chesebrough-Ponds Food Group. Mike has been honored as recipient of the Distinguished Director of the Year Award from the American College of Corporate Directors and holds its Executive Masters Professional Director Certification. He has long been active in the Boy Scouts of America. He is an Eagle Scout and recipient of their national Distinguished Eagle Scout Award. He was named \'Person of the Year\' in 2022 by the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua. Mike earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his BA from the College of the Holy Cross, magna cum laude.
