With over a decade of experience in legal operations, knowledge management, and strategic leadership, I am excited about the opportunity to bring my expertise in process optimization, legal technology, and thought leadership to a new role. My background at Meta, Deloitte, and Proskauer Rose LLP has given me deep experience in developing knowledge management systems, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. These professional experiences, combined with my educational background, have enabled me to provide support to corporations, government agencies, private foundations and non-profit organizations on legal, corporate governance and compliance matters. I have keen skills in legal and policy analysis; the ability to craft excellent reports, memoranda and legal documents; diplomacy in working and negotiating with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds; an ability to relay unwelcome information with confidence and tact; and the foresight to prevent the vast majority of matters from escalating to that point. I also have the ability to determine issues relevant to a particular matter, devise and implement plans of action, present to large audiences, manage and foster relationships among various stakeholders.I am a particularly gifted teacher, organizer, optimizer, and manager. My area of expertise—and the area that interests and challenges me the most is commercial contracts—reviewing, drafting, negotiating, but I\'m open to any roles that allow me to create processes from scratch, develop new competencies for an organization and lead teams and projects.
