Works closely with executive sponsors and leads cross-functional teams in defining and executing projects and programs. Teams include leaders and project managers from Software Development, Delivery Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing and Sales.For assigned programs, drives extensive cross-organization collaboration, identifies trade-offs, works across functions and geographies, balances tactical and strategic initiatives, drives decisions, and communicates with executives. •Uses project management best practices (methods, processes, tools) to lead and manage projects and programs. •Helps define new methods and processes where required. •Serves as a role model and mentor for project managers by using best practices in areas such as sponsorship management, project plans, RACI process, status reporting and issue management, change and decision logs, risk management and communications.•Involved with hands-on operational activities where required. Accomplishments•Currently project managing Engie Insight’s Transformation Project. Successfully completed phase 1 of the transformation focused heavily on org design and reorganization.
