A Distinguished Clubs of the World distinction recipient for the past 7 years.Responsible for developing and implementing a marketing plan designed to attract, increase and retain members at the club. Enhanced the club’s brand through development and distribution of written and digital communications in target markets and to members. Lead marketing activities that promoted Palmira Golf Club and acted as it Ambassador within the community. Played a critical role in the success of the club and the member’s overall enjoyment of the club, working closely with club department heads and community.• Design all club marketing collateral and sales packets for prospective members and realtors.• Redesigned club calendar, directory, and other department collateral including F&B to enhance the brand of the club.• Manage marketing channels including website, social media content, public relations and other digital and traditional marketing programs.• Analyze trends, competition, market research and provide membership recommendations to GM/COO and Committees.• Develop prospect/realtor databases utilizing contact CMS for follow up on all leads, referrals and requests for information.• Redesign of club’s website using Jonas platform; and currently in the process of updating website post renovation.• Managed communications through 8.2M course renovation process including videos, photography, progress albums and website updates.• Maintain a strong relationship with members to encourage participation in events, activities to ensure member retention.
